Frequently Asked Questions
Everything chauffeurs ask before they start using the BotPilot Blacklane bot — safety, filters, speed, pricing and support.
What is a Blacklane bot?
A Blacklane bot is software that watches your Blacklane chauffeur offer feed and automatically accepts rides that match the criteria you set. Because the best offers disappear within seconds, a bot can react far faster than a human and never has to sleep.
How does BotPilot auto-accept Blacklane rides?
You link your Blacklane account and set your filters — price, distance, vehicle class, zones, schedule and more. BotPilot checks every incoming offer against those rules and accepts matching ones in milliseconds, then logs the decision in your dashboard.
Is it safe to use a Blacklane ride-acceptance bot? Can my account get blocked?
BotPilot only accepts rides you've told it to accept, acting on your rules with your account, exactly as you would. You stay in full control and can stop it anytime. We route traffic carefully and keep behaviour human-like, but as with any automation you should use it responsibly and within Blacklane's terms.
What smart filters can I apply to Blacklane offers?
Minimum and maximum price, price-per-km with progressive tiers, distance range, vehicle class, pickup and drop-off zones, airport rules (curbside vs meet & greet), working hours and days off, and a daily ride limit with double-booking protection.
How fast does the bot accept rides?
In milliseconds — far faster than a person can read an offer and tap accept. That speed is the whole point: the most profitable rides are gone in a few seconds, so reaction time decides who gets them.
Can I start and stop the bot myself?
Yes. You turn it on and off whenever you want, change any filter at any time, and take over manually. The bot never does anything you haven't configured.
How much does BotPilot cost? Is there a free trial?
There's a free trial with no credit card, and simple plans after that — cancel anytime. In practice, a single profitable ride the bot catches usually covers the whole month. See the pricing page for current plans.
How many chauffeurs can use the bot in one city or region?
There's no hard cap, but drivers in the same market compete for the same offers. Your filters, vehicle class and coverage zones determine which rides are relevant to you.
What support does BotPilot provide?
You get help setting up your filters and can reach us by email, WhatsApp and Telegram. See the contact page for all the ways to get in touch.
