How the BotPilot Blacklane Bot Works
Getting started takes minutes. You connect your Blacklane account, tell the bot which rides you want, and it does the rest — watching your offer feed around the clock and accepting matching rides faster than any human could.
Three steps to your first auto-accepted ride
Create your account
Sign up for BotPilot and securely link your Blacklane chauffeur account so the bot can watch your offer feed on your behalf.
Set your filters
Choose the rides you want: minimum price, price-per-km, distance range, vehicle class, pickup and drop-off zones, airport rules, working hours and daily limits. You stay in control of every rule.
Launch and drive
Turn the bot on. It monitors your feed 24/7 and auto-accepts offers that match your filters in milliseconds, sends you a Telegram alert for each one, and logs every decision so you can fine-tune.
What happens behind the scenes
The moment an offer lands in your Blacklane feed, BotPilot reads it and checks it against every filter you've set — price, distance, class, zone, schedule and the rest. If it's a match, the bot accepts it in a fraction of a second, long before most drivers have even seen it.
If it isn't a match, the bot skips it and records why ("price too low", "outside your zone", "outside working hours"). Those logs live in your dashboard, so over a few days you can see exactly what's being accepted and skipped and tighten your filters with real data.
You can start and stop the bot whenever you like, change any filter at any time, and take over manually whenever you want. The bot never does anything you haven't told it to do.
